Clean, safe drinking water is not just a wellness choice—it’s a global health necessity.

The World Health Organization reports that at least 1.7 billion people worldwide still rely on drinking water contaminated with fecal bacteria, contributing to hundreds of thousands of preventable illnesses each year. Even in developed countries (yes, the United States!), the CDC estimates that 1.1 million people in the U.S. get sick annually from germs in drinking water. These numbers highlight a simple truth: access to clean, high‑quality water dramatically affects our longevity, resilience, and daily well‑being. Prioritizing safe, consistent hydration is one of the most powerful steps anyone can take to protect their health and elevate their quality of life.

Did You Know...

Tap water throughout the United States contains widespread pollutants including chemicals potentially linked to cancer, heavy metals and forever chemicals.

Many of these exceed the limits of what scientists say are safe, even though they comply with legal standards. There are no legal limits for more than 160 unregulated contaminants in US tap water.

Think about that!

Public water systems are not required to test for these contaminants. Over 97 million Americans have been exposed to toxic unregulated contaminants in their drinking water.

The disturbing truth is when Americans drink a cup their tap water, they’re also getting a dose of industrial or agricultural contaminants that are linked to cancer, can cause harm to the brain and nervous system, changes in the growth and development of the fetus, and can also cause fertility problems and hormone disruption.
